Meet Nikki! 

NikkiNikki is a Registered Dietitian and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer who loves educating people on health and wellness and coming up with creative ways to make it happen. 

Favorite way to exercise:
Lifting, Yoga, Spin. I like to work out solo or take a group class that is individually focused like spin or yoga so I can get in a zone, clear my head and focus on me.

Favorite healthy foods:
Mango, pineapple, peanut butter, baby carrots, black beans, bananas.  The list is long but I’ll stop there!

Where can you find her?
Nikki often takes the "Tour de South Shore", meeting with our corporate clients to create and develop customized health and wellness programs. When she's not with client's you can find her working behind the scenes at A Healthy Balance, Inc.


Meet Alicia!

AliciaAlicia is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Running Coach and Functional Movement Specialist who enjoys working with individuals and small groups on their journey towards health.

Favorite way to exercise:
Lifting and endurance events - triathlons and road running events!

Favorite healthy foods:
Fruits and pretty much anything with hummus or peanut butter.

Alicia is typically at A Healthy Balance, Inc.'s Quincy studio running our Private and Semi Private Personal Training, or on Facebook for South Shore Moves! Facebook Speed Coaching. Sometimes you'll find her at a corporate client location for Functional Movement Screening or Fitness Assessments. 


Meet Becky!

BeckyBecky is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Certified Yoga instructor. She also teaches Cycling, Zumba and Piloxing. She is currently working towards her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.

Favorite way to exercise:
HIIT Training and Yoga.

Favorite healthy foods:
Bananas and eggs.

If you're an early riser you can catch Becky at A Healthy Balance, Inc.'s Quincy studio for our morning Semi Private Personal Training, on-site leading wellness programs at AHB's corporate client locations or at your workplace for a South Shore Moves! Fitness Forum. 


Meet Michelle!

Michelle is a Registered Dietitian who works closely with individuals on adapting a healthier lifestyle. She works not only with those looking to adjust their diets due to illnessMichie or disease but also with those who are just looking to boost their overall health and nutrition knowledge.

Favorite way to exercise: Participating in local 5K's, spin class, and bodyweight exercises.

Favorite healthy foods: Zucchini (especially in noodle form) and all fruit.

Favorite motivational quote: Don’t compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to the person from yesterday.

Monica is ACE Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys pushing people outside of their comfort zones to help them get stonger, faster, and fitter.monica

Lifting , running, swimming and biking

Salmon and asparagus
